We have achieved stable production of high-quality pressed parts, from ultra-precise electronic devices that require micron-level accuracy to the automation of producing automotive-related components that demand high reliability. Additionally, in order to realize narrow bezels for displays used in smartphones and laptops, we are mass-producing thin-walled insert molded products to meet the requirements for integrated molding of sheet metal and resin. For smartphones, we can achieve thin-walled molding with a SUS plate thickness of 0.1t, and for laptops, with an AL plate thickness of 0.2t. For shield cases used in camera modules, we can also accommodate insulation tape and insulation printing.
